2025 has been a year of change for skilled nursing facility services, regulations, information systems, and an increase in CMS oversight. This interactive webinar will review the primary issues operational and clinical managers need to address to maintain compliance and regulatory requirements that will be changing.
New audits of Medicare Part A admission documentation are beginning, including a revisit of Certification Requirements and skilled services documentation. The MDS 3.0 1.20.1 will begin impacting facility data on October 1, 2025. The revised survey regulations related to assessment will impact all facilities. Each of these focus areas of risk management will be addressed with specific steps and tools to assist teams to improve compliance, documentation, and payment.
