Resources to Recover from a Survey
This 3-part series will review which F-Tags have been issued most frequently since October 24, 2022, resources available to address the top-issued deficiencies, and how the nursing home world prepared, reacted, and implemented sustainable interventions.
This second session will explore how to use the quality improvement process to recover from deficiencies. It will share the steps for actions and available resources from QIO and other agencies that can help facilities respond, correct, and sustain compliance.
