Top F-Tags in 2023
This 3-part series will review which F-Tags have been issued most frequently since October 24, 2022, resources available to address the top-issued deficiencies, and how the nursing home world prepared, reacted, and implemented sustainable interventions.
This first webinar of the series will review the top 10 deficiencies and discuss what events triggered them. This session will look at the scope and severity overall as well as in the CMS regions. It will also set the stage for the next two in the series.
